Is it possible to purge Address data?

Addresses were inactive and we can't change the status of the addresses to active again. We need to reimport the address with the same

SourceSystemReferenceValue, however, there is an error of 'already existing' because it is still in the database but are inactive.

Is there a way to purge Address data so we can load it again with the same SourceSystemReferenceValue?
