Is there any way to integrate BI Publisher bursting with Fusion’s notification framework

Summary:

We currently use BI Publisher bursting to send report outputs via email to users. This works fine, but we also want the same notification to appear in Oracle Fusion’s bell icon (Notifications) so users can see it directly in the application.

Questions:

• Is there any way to integrate BI Publisher bursting with Fusion’s notification framework?
• Can this be achieved through Human Workflow, OTBI Agents, or any other configuration?
• If not directly possible, what is the recommended approach to replicate this functionality?

Goal:
Ensure users receive both email notifications and in-app notifications for the same report output.
