Submit button not working on collective agreement page after 25D

HI,

We are facing an issue after 25D. The submit button on collective agreement page is not working. though it is not greyed but when clicking it is not submitting while creating a new collective agreement or editing.

I tried and redeployed EFF and DFF as well.
