Why does the Redwood Absence Categories screen show less values than the Responsive version

Summary:

I was testing the new Redwood Absence Categories screen in 25D. When I compare Redwood to Responsive, I noticed the returned results is much smaller in Redwood versus Responsive. Any ideas why? As I am in the US, we only use Leave and Light Duty categories, so this won't stop me from turning on the Redwood page, but it doesn't make much sense….
