Oracle EPM - Unable to delete specific transactions via ARCS REST API

Hi, 
I'm working on a Groovy script that deletes transactions based on the provided transaction ID. For this script, we need to use a deletion API. However, as you mentioned, there is no such deletion API available. Could you please help me identify the best approach or alternative API to achieve this functionality?

We are creating this script to keep track of all manually deleted transactions from the Matching screen, along with the user who performed the deletion and date of the deletion. Could you please help us determine if this information is available? Specifically, we’d like to know if there’s any built-in report that provides these details.
