Assigned journeys not visible in My client Groups >> Journeys
Summary:
Hi Team,
I am facing a weird issue to view journeys in My client group » Journeys.
My account has person ID attached and have necessary roles/privileges (Super user), however for few employees only I am unable to see the assigned journeys from My client groups. The issue is only with 1 particular journey. As an example, the below employee have 4 assigned journey as 1 is completed:
But when I search same employee in M client groups » Journeys - I can see only 3:
Now I also checked if I am unable to see the probation journey at all, but thats not the case:
