Specific user should be the final approver of the transaction

Hi All,

Currently in our system, Approval workflow for create job requisition is configured as below -

Hiring manager +1 > Representative (Department head AOR) > Representative (Finance partner AOR) > Representative (EC Leader AOR)

now as per new requirement, if transaction is reassigned from transaction console to specific user - XYZ at any point of time in approval Hierarchy and if that user approves the transaction, then transaction should not flow to other approver.
