Requisition Status to be displayed differently, if the Approver has "Requested for More Information"

When the Requisition is submitted for Approval and the Approver Requests for more information, the Requisition Status displays "Pending Approval" and if the Requester miss the Notification, it is difficult for the Requester to identify the Requisitions that have More information Requested.

The Escalation rule is configured for Requisition Approval, when the Approver Requests for more information the Escalation Rule timeline doesnt Reset.
