Redwood: Alert for Quick Convert transactions to Payroll Team

Summary:

There is an existing bug for Convert Pending Worker as confirmed by Oracle for some of the records. The fix will be available in 25D - so in the meantime we are using the quick convert action for Pending Workers by which no notifications will be sent to any of the teams.

We want to define an alert for Payroll team so they can process the record as required.

Can anyone suggest if we have an alert on quick convert or any other so we can define the alert.
