Salesforce Credit Card without Billing Address in Cloud

Summary:

Here is the use case:

  1. Customer is created manually in Oracle and synced with SalesForce
  2. Customer enters an order in SF portal and enters credit card information (Card does not exist in Oracle)
  3. Card gets tokenized in CyberSource
  4. Order information gets interfaced to Oracle along with CC token, which is stored in Customer Site, but w/o billing information.

Question is, how to bring the billing information so when authorization is sent subsequently from Oracle to CyberSource, it does not fail address validation. In absence of CC billing information, currently CyberSource is fed bill-to site address, which could be different than the CC billing address, leading to AVS failure.
