How Employees now have access to back date there Leaves (absences) to make changes?

Summary:

How do employees have access to backdate their leaves (absences) to make changes? This is not applicable because we are ruining the payroll. How is it possible that absences are causing issues in absence redwood, and we can't have that kind of access? This issue happened in Absence Redwood.

In the absence of redwood, how is the manager also able to apply for a single day of 24 hours? How do you restrict non-scheduled hours if they are trying to apply for more than 8 hours? How can we restrict this kind of issue?
