Is it possible to load a skill that is not present in taxonomy to the Job Profile or Learning item?

Summary:

We want to load some skills that are not in any taxonomy to the job profile and learning items.

When we use this template for Job Profile:

We are getting the below error:

It is possible to add free text skills through the UI.

Is it not possible through HDL by system design? Or is there different template that could help?
