Hi Team,

An HDL load for an element entry value change with an effective date in the past is failing. This is a rare case I’ve encountered, but it is a valid scenario for our client, where a premium adjustment may be required due to updates in the Benefit Administrator’s system.

This update works fine through a front-end edit, but the HDL load fails with the following error message:

“Date-effective records can’t have gaps between the effective end date of one record and the effective start date of the next record.”
