Redwood Position Duplicating on search or not opening

Summary:

When searching for Positions, we are seeing duplicated position number and we are unable to open the position to view it. When this happens, some users are also not able to open any positions regardless if they are duplicated or not. We have found that some users are not able to search for any position number. We have been instructed by Oracle to only run the ESS job to Create Index Definition and Perform Initial Ingest to OSCS for fa-hcm-position when we set it up or we have a P2T. Unfortunately, the only way to fix
