Touchpoints 25D : Unable to view direct reports in Employee tab and Team sync tab

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We have enabled Touchpoints for Line manager. We can see all direct reports on Touchpoint Summary tab. But when clicked on Employees tab and Team sync tab it shows 0 direct reports.

We have also enabled team sync advisor agent and created touchpoint template. But it still shows 0 direct reports. Can anyone guide on this.
