Need Option to Apply Upcharges on PO Lines Without Overriding BPA Price

We would like the ability to add upcharges to the Purchase Order (PO) line without overriding the PO unit price.

Currently, Oracle provides fields on the PO line for applying discounts, but there are no equivalent fields for adding upcharges. Since upcharges are not supported, we are forced to manually override the PO price — which is risky and not ideal. The PO prices are defaulted from the BPA and represent the base price, so they should remain untouched during PO creation or updates.

In contrast, Sales Orders allow adding both markup and discount amounts/percentages separately. We would like similar functionality on
