Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transaction File can't find file when scheduled

When going to Corporate Cards —> Actions —> Upload Corporate Card Transactions, card transactions are uploaded.

If Upload and Validate Corporate Card Transactions File is scheduled via Scheduled Processes, it runs successfully, but no transactions are uploaded. In looking at the log:

(1) This line is missing: 11/13/2025 06:00:06.557 incrProcISD=1234560000000

(2) parentRequest is 0, ----> 11/13/2025 12:42:53.58 parentRequest=0

(3) Instead of showing Remote FileName suffix as it should:

11/13/2025 12:42:54.378 Remote FileName suffix: 0000_100000740_923_20251111075315%%_20251111075315.pgp

it shows:

11/13/2025 06:00:08.902 Not found matching files in remote server

and

11/13/2025 06:00:08.902 No file to download.

The same user is performing both tasks. I've scheduled it to run ASAP and daily with the same results.
