25D Learner Assignment for Managers not working

Summary:

Unable to search direct reports via Assign Learning

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

as per new feature in 25D, we are unable to search direct reports on the assign learning page for line managers

The list of values in empty and unable to search. All the required processes have been run. This was working ok prior to 25D

Noticed this error in the developer console. Our custom line manager role inherits the WorkerSearchesV2 privilege
