How does Oracle continue to take arrears from a deduction element that has been end dated?
Summary:
If an employee has arrears in Medical Plan A, then has a qualifying life event and then chooses Medical Plan B what happens to the arrears balance in Medical Plan A? Medical Plan A would have the deduction element end dated on the element entry card and the new Medical Plan B would start. I have found that Oracle does not continue to try to collect the arrears in Medical Plan A.
I was curious on how other Oracle clients handled this, any tips or tricks?
