25D Redwood Sourcing Bug

When enabling the two sourcing profile options for Redwood ( ORA_PON_CREATE_NEGOTIATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED and ORA_PON_SOURCING_REDWOOD_ENABLED) there seems to be a bug where all the @ signs in negotiations turn into the html code &#64. This is affect both variables and email addresses/websites. It's showing up in both Classic and Redwood UI, and turning the profile options back to No does not fix the issue. I've noticed this in two separate clients 25D dev instances. Anyone else faced this issue or know of a fix?
