How to Prevent PR Auto-Cancellation When PO Is Cancelled

Hi Everyone,

I am facing an issue related to PR behavior when cancelling a Purchase Order.

Scenario:

  1. A PO is created from a PR.
  2. When the PO is cancelled, the system automatically:
    • Cancels the PR line, and
    • Creates a new PR line number to replace the cancelled one.
  3. When we try to Return this newly created PR line, the entire PR is automatically cancelled.
  • In Configure Requisitioning Business Function, the option Cancel Unfulfilled Demand is already set to Never.
    → According to this configuration, the PR should not be cancelled automatically when the related PO is cancelled.
