Unable to find functional privilege or SAS duty role to enable AI Agents

Summary:

We’re trying to activate the AI Agents for recruiting in 25D and are following the steps outlined in the release notes. However, we’re stuck on “Set Up an Integration User with the Custom Job Role.”

Specifically, steps 5 & 6 require:

• Functional privilege: IRC_REST_SERVICE_ACCESS_CAREER_SITE_AGENT_CHAT
• SAS duty role: ORA_DR_FAI_GENERATIVE_AI_AGENT_RUNTIME

The issue: Neither of these appears in our dev environment when we search to map them.

• Are these privileges and roles delivered only in production or do they require an additional patch or opt-in feature?

• Has anyone successfully set up AI Agents for recruiting in 25D? If so, what steps did you take to make these roles visible?
