Additional line item missing at GR stage and reassigning PR flow

Summary:

My user create 2 line in PR.

Go for Sourcing activities and after complete nego and award, the PO line item created was 6 lines which is different from PR.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Issue 1: When requester required to do GR, its only showing 2 lines instead of 6 lines item. The additional 4 lines doesn't appear in GR. How to handle this? Any steps or configuration that we missed out?

Issue 2: Whan originator PR reassign the PR to person B, the new person only seen 2 lines and unable to see the additional 4 lines item. Why this is happening?
