Error appears when PR is edited for inventory items which got updated from Oracle excel.

Dear team,

This is the error occurs when we tried to edit and submit PR for approval which is created through upload via Oracle visual builder.

The tax amounts can't be calculated. Contact the Procurement application administrator. (POR-2010408), there are few documents which gives some solutions, but even we do that it is reflecting the same error in the PR edition screen.

Attaching the same oracle docs in the question.

We have attached the screen shots in the word file for the clear reference, Kindly help to get rid of the problem. This occurs only for the item based PR, expense PR's are working good.
