MailTo Functionality is not working in Redwood benefits

Summary: We have used Custom Journey Code to display Need Help URLs like USBenefits@clientname.com .

When we check the Source Code it is having

but when we click on the Email Address, i expect the system to copy the URL into outlook or the email To Section with the id populated. it is not working. Do i need to validate any specific configuration.
