Cannot process file from staging table using schedule load planning data from files

Hi experts,

We have demand planning and want to have the shipment history files automatically uploaded from staging table (by using a scheduled) instead of manually upload files/ as soon as possible. When we try to have these following fields fill with parameters :

With succeeded notification turns out the file haven't been processed (view from file import and export)

and the schedule

Am I missing something here ?
