How can I set up a question so that suppliers can input shareholder information into separate fields

in Supplier Qualification Management

Hi,

We have a requirement to create a question where the vendor can provide any number of shareholders as separate entries in a user-friendly way (individual fields or rows for each shareholder), rather than listing them separated by commas or colons. Please assist with how we can create this type of question in Oracle Fusion.
