Applying ORACLE.BC.REST.IGNORECATALOGERROR to profile

Summary:

In Oracle Fusion fscm we are attempting to use REST endpoints. Specifically we want to be able to access the describe endpoint via a REST API call. In previous verison this worked. The fix is to ignore catalogue errors following this guide

Access the REST Catalog Through the Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter

This profile is now in place however we still get incomplete return from the describe endpoint and are able to access the desired endpoints directly.

As this is a development stack there are several processes and jobs that are likely unscheduled. Are there any other steps that must be taken on fusion to propagate this profile to our acccount that is making the REST api call?
