25D Cannot enable enhanced payroll costing report

Steps to Enable

Follow these steps to opt-in this feature using the Switch Task Action Version flow.

1. Navigate to the Switch Task Action Version flow pattern.
2. From the Task List of Values, select Run Payroll Costing Report.
3. Choose the new task version Extract-based Report.
4. Mark the Extract-based Report as the active task action.
5. Run flows as usual — all flows referencing the Payroll Costing Report task will now use the extract-based version.

We get stuck at step 2. We go to Payroll>Payroll Flow Patterns and when we search for 'switch' we find 'Switch Task Version', however, it cannot be edited.
