Approvals Work Area - Can we hide email address in the 'reassign' action?

Hi all,

In the Redwood Approvals Work Area, is it possible to hide the employee's email address in the 'reassign' action? Users are able to select any employee in the business when reassigning approvals, and we do not want users to be able to see everyone's email address.

I cannot see any customisation options in VBS. We have been able to hide email address in other screens via our Oracle Search configuration, but this screen doesn't appear to respect our configuration there.
