How to check if Form spam protection working

Summary: We are using this Spam protection in our all forms since an year almost and keep monitoring every week to see how many spams submitted and any valids are considered as spam to remove them.

Now, since two weeks we are not seeing any spam submissions in our forms. It may be there are no spam submissions but would like confirm that the spam protection is working as expected and capturing. Can you advice how to check if spam protection is working accurately. Other than checking at form spam data in forms.
