Escalation Not Working

Summary:

In Expense Report we have requirement to escalate after 5 days of no action from the manager but the escalation is not working.

In TEST when we added 5 days and it's working as expectation, but when tried to add 5 days in PROD not working even tried 3 days ,

expense reports are expiring instead of being escalated.
