how to delete dome fields from career site

Hello,

we are trying to delete or add some fields in career site UX, but we are unable to to it. In particular we cannot delete fields that are present in sections.
For example we are unable to delete fields like "Title" or "Middle name", that are present in section "contact information".

Can we do it with css?
