Hire count question

Hi,

I have a very standard report broken up into 3 sections by workflow. I created a variable to determine the number of hires for each section and it functions as expected.

However, when I use the function to get a grand total hires, I fall short by a count of 2. (See attached).

Variable:  =Count([Candidate ID])In([Requisition NO])

I have identified the two missing hires and both are rehires to another requisition outside of their initial workflow section. (See attached).

What logic do I need to capture the correct number of hires?

Thanks,

Glenn
