Converting input files from various languages to English using the ICP plan

Hi

We are implementing the Compensation Module and a few ICP plans. In the ICP plan, users can attach files in any language such as Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, etc. When a user submits an ICP transaction, it goes to the first-level approver. The approver wants to view the attachment in English when they download it.

Please let us know how this requirement can be implemented.
