Redwood 25D - how to hide Person Extra Info for Emergency contacts?

There is a new feature this coming 25D -

Person Extra Information will be available on the ellipsis menu of Emergency Contacts.

We do not need this visible/accessible. How can we hide it? We do not see an option on VBS to control this.
