Not able to show values in Summary page in VBS Redwood ISR page

Summary:

Not able to show in HRHD (Internal Helpdesk Service Request) Summary Page after Submitting value from the create ISR page. In HRHD (Internal Helpdesk Service Request) for VBS redwood customization we had requirement for bringing Job Details, Location Details, Business Unit Details and Manager Details as template format in redwood page as single select dropdown list values which are coming from fusion page as list of values. Showing the values as blank are not reflecting in the summary page. Those fields are getting values from fusion using Rest Apis as a list of value dropdown list. Fields are triggering to
