Intercompany Transaction inability to Reject

in General Ledger & Intercompany

When creating a intercompany transaction if get this issue whenever i try to "Reject", the odd thing is that I'm able to approve the transaction without any issue. Can anyone help me identify the issue and how to resolve it?
