Using the redwood cost scenarios page, I defined a cost scenario by enabling supply chain cost rollup, and scope as Group. Once the scenario is created, even before rolling up or adding costs, I am unable to find the scenario. The Cost Scenarios page does not show any scenario that is defined using supply chain cost rollup and scope as Group. However, when I select the scope as Single and select a cost org, the scenario shows up.

The scenario exists, as I can see it in the cst_scenarios table. Is this a known issue? Are there any privileges/data access needed?
