sFTP credentials to be included in refresh

Summary:

Earlier in 2025, it was identified that sFTP credentials are no longer including in P2T refreshes.

SR 4-0000092603 was raised and I was informed the present P2T process does not copy over the FTP information and as such was asked to log this as an idea via CCC under Fusion Administration Forum

As we move more of our interface outputs to sFTP for security, not having the credentials including in the P2T refreshes impacts our ability to conducting testing during the quarterly update process on these outputs still working as expected.
