Is there a report to show who, when, and what benefit was accessed?
We have a requirement to create a report that would show who, when, and what page an enrollment occurred. Using the Sensitive Data Access Audit function doesn't provide the level of detail we need.
As an example, the Sensitive Data Access Audit will show if the employee accessed the Self-Service landing page but not if the employee elected the life insurance benefit. The report we need would show who, when, and what specific page the employee accessed.
