Personalization helper tool output

Summary:

Screen shot of parameters attached. We marked the checkbox for Flexfields and Value Sets prior to running the helper tool yet the output shows multiple flex field personalizations that will not migrate. Please advise if there are other options for running the helper tool or what our next steps should be.

The reason in the output is: Descriptive Flexfield is not processed because "Include Flexfields" parameter is not checked while running the tool.
