Workflow Rules Spreadsheet Define User Groups

Summary:

In the Workflow Rules Spreadsheet for Journals, there is a column for the user that creates the journal (Created By). Currently we are using individual username in each rule such as In (usernames) or not in(Usernames). Does anyone know if you can build a group or use a role in this column? this way we don't have to list each individual that might create a journal.
