How can we add custom code to make an entire block in an email template clickable?

Hi Team,
I have a requirement where I need to apply a hyperlink to an entire content block inside an email template (in a drag and drop email template)

For the "Automowers" section, I need the entire highlighted block to be wrapped with the following link:

<a href="https://s1520336892.t.en25.com/e/f2?elqFormName=MowersInterest&elqSiteID=1520336892&emailAddress=~~eloqua..type--emailfield..syntax--EmailAddress~~">

Similarly, for the "Chainsaws" section, I need to use this link:

<a href="https://s1520336892.t.en25.com/e/f2?elqFormName=HandheldInterest&elqSiteID=1520336892&emailAddress=~~eloqua..type--emailfield..syntax--EmailAddress~~">

I want the entire highlighted block in each section to function as a single clickable hyperlink.(attached image for reference)
