Request Position Change notification not showing details

Summary:

Only Few users are facing an issue in Request Position Change notification.

They are not able to see the details of the positions and changed details.

We checked in bell notification and also in the worklist, the notification is still blank.

We have compared the roles for a working user and the impacted user.

The roles are exactly same. The AOR set up is also checked, there is no discrepancy.

If anyone is facing this issue and has idea to solve this, please let us know.
