User Profile Confusion

We have individual and shared Eloqua users. For the past couple of weeks, some actions performed by an individual user were attributed to the shared one.

We'd like to understand what could cause this profile confusion. We even deactivated the shared user for a few days and we were still seeing Campaign edits and activations performed by that shared user.
