Hi Experts,

I want to clarify how the Share and Publish functionalities behave in Goal Management when a single employee, specifically a CEO, is assigned to two Business Units simultaneously.

For example, assume we have a CEO who currently works across two BUs. My concern is how the system handles the goal visibility and distribution in this scenario:

If the CEO Shares a goal, will it be visible only within one BU, or across both?
If the CEO publishes a goal, does it get published to both Business Units or just the primary one?

Is there any configuration that controls publishing or sharing behavior for employees assigned to multiple BUs?
