I am adding dynamic logic on the seeded column of Proposed grade but it's not giving any values

Hi We have requirement in which promotion is happening on grade, so if a person is at M01 , after promotion, he will be at M02. We have created Dynamic logic on the seeded column 'Proposed Grade' but it's showing no result whereas same dynamic logics are used on custom columns and giving results.
