Sql query to get expense report attachment content

Hello,

Is there any way to retrieve the contents of expense report attachments using an SQL query? I need to include them in an RTF file. I want to generate a report that includes multiple expenses at once, rather than using the system’s built-in report.

Another question: Is there a way to generate the XML used in the Printable Expense Report (for example, through a scheduled task or another method)?
