Currency switch not working the in the workforce compensation worksheet

From the configuration setup, i enabled the currency switching.

In the task "Active Plans", I've also configured the currency conversion rates,

Then I run the workforce data refresh process.
I still cannot change the currency.

Are there any steps I am missing here?

Please advice in this case.
